  • Identify harmful ingredients in the supermarket and replace items in your pantry with healthier alternatives
  • Understand the important roles of fats and sugar, vitamins and minerals in your health
  • Learn what lies behind type 2 diabetes and chronic illness
This Vitality Program is all about educating you on how your body works. And not only will you learn what’s the right thing to do, we’ll also tackle all the misinformation out there.

You’ll Learn:

  • Why some people seem to age faster than others;
  • Why dieting doesn’t work, and we can continue to put on weight despite reducing food intake.
Throughout the Vitality Program, you’ll be supported in your journey via a closed Facebook group, where you can discuss all you’re learning, ask questions, and access further information.
