My taste buds changed and I lowered my coffee intake, my aches and pains have gone and my eye problems, after shingles affected the nerves there, have improved so that I am back driving my car confidently. I still have 1.5 certification to go, but can confidently recommend the course to others in order to achieve a richer, fuller more confident lifestyle.

Recently I took up Nordic walking sessions twice a week. I was surprised at how effective Nordic walking is for weight loss and core body toning. It’s thoroughly enjoyable and I fully recommend it as a low-impact activity with great results.
Before I started weight training I struggled to keep my blood sugar levels below 8. I now do three one hour sessions per week with Ingrid and the difference is amazing. My fasting sugar levels are around 5 and glycozylated haemoglobin around 6. To quote my doctor “these results are phenomical”.

In February 2009, a bone density test indicated moderate osteoporosis with marked increase of fracture risk. I took Fosomate tablet (1xweek) for 7 months but discontinued after reading articles about adverse affects. Took calcium and vitamin D as alternative. Saw a neuro surgeon because C6 nerve was compromised and given dire health prediction and possible fatal outcome. I saw second neuro surgeon who gave different prognosis, stating that exercise which strengthened bone and muscles would be beneficial . After 12 months of exercising with Ingrid, another bone scan showed a 15% improvement.
